1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dood11 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dood11 website at https://dood11.net and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the dood11 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by dood11, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dood11 platform.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version that dood11 may make available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases.

dood11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dood11 will notify registered players by email or via a prominent in-platform notice not less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the dood11 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dood11.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the dood11 platform and all associated services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dood11 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with dood11 or any other gambling operator with which dood11 maintains a cross-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a dood11 employee involved in the operation of the platform.
• Participating in online gaming is not prohibited under any applicable law in your personal jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the dood11 platform is lawful in your location.

If dood11 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section — including age — the player's account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the ineligibility is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses credited and any winnings generated by bets placed during the ineligible period, which are void.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dood11 services, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person is permitted. Each player account is personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other individual.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must not use false details, impersonate any other person, or register using a name other than your own legal name.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dood11 account credentials, including your username and password. dood11 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify dood11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dood11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify dood11 of the compromise and dood11 suspends the account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dood11 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be requested at any time as a condition of continued account access. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account.

Duplicate Accounts

Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, dood11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and retain any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dood11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dood11 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. dood11 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though dood11 may impose account-level limits based on player verification status or responsible gaming settings. Deposits are credited to your dood11 balance in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank card and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on processing times at the issuing institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. dood11 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the registered player's verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method being eligible for outgoing transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times or have withdrawals held pending the completion of identity checks.

dood11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account activity has triggered internal risk controls. Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through their payment provider for dood11 transactions — doing so may result in the immediate suspension of the player account and recovery of any withdrawn funds through legal channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dood11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and have a fully verified dood11 account, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the offer. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• dood11 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific offer page for contribution rates.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the applicable offer terms expressly state that combining is permitted.
• Claiming a bonus using false information, duplicate accounts, or coordinated betting strategies constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.

Seasonal & Promotional Campaigns

dood11 runs seasonal promotional campaigns around key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. These campaigns are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant campaign page at the time of the offer.

dood11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the change does not prejudice players who have already claimed and begun using the offer in question.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on dood11 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the respective game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all dood11 products.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and binding once dood11's systems have accepted it and you have received a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid, regardless of whether funds have been deducted from your account balance at the time of placement. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, dood11 will investigate and either confirm or void the bet based on the recorded system state at the time of the attempt.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on cricket and other selected sports. dood11 endeavours to keep in-play odds accurate and up to date, but due to the real-time nature of live events, there may be a brief delay between an on-field event occurring and the market being suspended. Bets placed after an event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at dood11's discretion if it can be determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned before the relevant market has been determined, all bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. In the case of cricket matches reduced by weather or other circumstances, void rules specific to the affected competition format will apply as stated in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dood11 and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of an account, the voiding of all bets, and the forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets, including placing bets at clearly erroneous odds.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of betting based on insider information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the dood11 platform or its underlying infrastructure.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

dood11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold a dood11 account.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, collusion, or any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6 above.
• dood11 is required to suspend or close the account to comply with an applicable legal obligation or in response to a request from a regulatory authority.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their dood11 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where the account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, dood11 will process the closure immediately and simultaneously activate a self-exclusion period as requested by the player. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. dood11 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before an account is moved to dormant status. Dormant accounts with a real-money balance of ৳100 or more will have that balance preserved. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the dormant balance commencing 24 months after the last account activity, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated by the player.

8 Limitation of Liability

dood11 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dood11 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous platform availability, accurate game outcomes, and reliable payment processing, dood11 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dood11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform as a result of technical failures, maintenance periods, or force majeure events.

Platform Errors

In the event that a game, bet, or account transaction is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error, dood11 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore account balances to their pre-error state. dood11 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds or game results produced by a demonstrable software malfunction.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager. dood11 does not guarantee any level of winnings and is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using dood11, including the amount you choose to deposit, the bets you choose to place, and the games you choose to play.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dood11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
